As a cis gendered white woman and a cis white gay man our lived experiences have solidified our beliefs in empathy in understanding. We are conscientious of how our identities play out in culture. We believe our work is to champion fairness and we want to work with clients who share the same beliefs.

We have a combined 25 years in nonprofit management and education in a variety of expertise in arts and community driven solutions. Our goal is to help your organization work through pain points, think thoughtfully and critically about your big picture, and to boldly nudge you towards your large goals.
