Yes And Consulting is here to do the heavy lifting required to help your organization, including the people who run it, become healthier and vibrant.  We are choosing to do this work because we have experienced first-hand the  fulfilling experiences of working with scrappy nonprofits that have incredible missions. 

We are committed to the process and promise to have dry erase markers, tissues and confetti.  We want to celebrate the successes, mourn the misses, and find a healthy pathway for continued change.
